How do I place an order?
Our order process is very easy. There are a few simple steps. Pick your item and click on the "Check Out” tab that appears beside your desired item. You can continue shopping or fill out your billing address details. (make sure all the sections marked with * are filled out or you cannot progress)
Step two – Press the big "Select Address” tab unless you want the item delivered to an address different to your billing address
Step 3- You will be given two payment options credit/Debit card or PayPal. (Please note you will need your 3D secure password if you choose the credit card option)
Step 4 – Click the "I agree to the terms and conditions” box then click on the "proceed to payment page” tab
Step 5- If you have chosen the Credit Card/Debit Card option, the final step will be filling out your card details. If you have chosen the PayPal option you will be taken to the PayPal page to complete your transaction.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you order before 2pm we try and deliver the next day in Ireland. In UK your order should arrive 3 days after your item is shipped. Orders to the rest of the EU should arrive 7 days after your item is shipped. (All orders are subject to availability. If the item is not available we will email or phone you to let you know the expected delivery date. However if the item is live on the site it should be in stock)
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we accept PayPal as a form of payment.
I hate Paypal, Can I pay any other way?
Yes. At the checkout you will be given the option of paying Lilywho with a Credit Card or PayPal. Simply tick your preferred choice to complete your order. You will need to know your 3D secure password!
Will my credit card details be saved?
No. We use only totally secure PayPal and 3D secure. The Lilywho site is also fully https secure.
How much is the Delivery cost?
Lilywho deliveries are FREE throughout Ireland, UK and Europe.
Orders outside the the EU are FREE, once the order value is over €250. If your order is going outside EU, and has a value less than €250, there is a €20 charge. Sorry!
How do I return my order for an exchange or refund?
You can post or courier your item to our Returns Centre. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via registered post or a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel for loss. Our returns address is: LILYWHO RETURNS, Unit 1.01 First Floor, Southgate, Dublin Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth, Ireland. We will not accept it back. Your return must be absolutely in prestine condition, just like when it arrived!
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Don’t panic, Let us know it hasn’t arrived on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve the problem immediately.
Who pays for my return?
You do. We are happy to refund or exchange your item however it’s not our fault if you don’t like it!
Can I track my order?
Yes. If you wish to track your order you can email email@example.com to request your orders tracking number with GLS Couriers or Registered post.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. When we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation email. (Check your spam email also)
Will the courier phone me?
If you are not at your chosen delivery address, our couriers may attempt to phone you, so please look out for a call! Please dont blame us, if you havent answered the calls.
If I am not at home what happens my delivery?
Our couriers will normally delver to a neighbour who can sign for the parcel on your behalf.
Can I cancel my order?
No. We deliver very quickly so it is not possible to cancel. However we are happy to deal with your return just as quickly.
Is Lilywho an official supplier of the brands they sell?
Yes. We are the official approved suppliers of all our brands. All Brands come with official packaging and International Warranties. In fact our sister company IBB Dublin Ltd, own the distribution rights in Ireland for many of the brands we sell such as Casio, G Shock, Edifice, Rosefield, Guess, Ti Sento, Engelsrufer and Mi Moneda. As a result Lilywho is the biggest online retailer in Ireland of these brands.
How do I order Mi Moneda?
Note the pendants come in 3 sizes. Small, medium and large. If you choose a small pendant you also need to choose a small coin to fit inside etc
Can I wear 2 Mi Moneda Pendants together?
Yes. However we strongly recommend you do not wear 2 rose gold pendants together as the plating will get badly damaged.
Are the items I buy from lilywho covered under a warranty?
Yes. All the brands we sell come with their own international warranty
Do you accept laser?
No. we do not accept laser due to security reasons
